General Conditions of Sale (CGV) - MP Motors

1. Scope

These general conditions of sale apply to all commercial transactions concluded between the customer and MP Motors. They govern the sale of bodywork services and any associated products.

2. Orders

All orders must be placed in writing through our points of sale, by telephone or by any other means of communication authorized by MP Motors. Orders are only considered accepted after written confirmation from us.

3. Price and payment

Prices are communicated when ordering and are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes will be added at time of billing. Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimated to the best of our abilities. The products are delivered to the customer at the location agreed upon when ordering.

5. Cancellation and returns

Order cancellations will only be accepted if made before the start of bodywork work. Returns of defective or non-compliant products must be reported within 15 days of receipt.

6. Liability

MP Motors is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the products or services concerned.

7. Privacy

All information provided by the customer to MP Motors is considered confidential.

8. Applicable law and disputes

These general conditions of sale are governed by the law in force in your country. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of your jurisdiction.
